Customer-Supplied Items (BYO)
If you bring in your own apparel or products, we’re happy to decorate them, but they aren’t covered under any guarantees or return policies. Because we don’t control the quality of BYO items, Fully Promoted isn’t responsible for damage or unexpected results. All BYO work is final sale.

Refunds & Exchanges
For retail items, you have 14 days to return or exchange as long as everything is unused and in original condition.
Custom-decorated items are final sale unless we made a mistake in production. If something doesn’t match the proof you approved, we’ll make it right.

Proof Approval
We start production only after you approve your proof. Please double-check spelling, colors, artwork, sizes, and placements before approving.
Digital mock-ups can look a little different from the final product due to screen differences. If you need exact color matching, please request physical swatches or a Pantone reference.

Shipping
Orders ship within 48 hours of being completed, Monday through Friday. You’ll receive tracking from the carrier once it leaves our shop. Shipping costs vary based on the size of the order, the destination, and the carrier.
Any order over $10,000 requires a signature at delivery.

Order Changes & Cancellations
You can make changes or cancel an order before proof approval. Once the proof is approved or production begins, the order is final.

Garment Variation
Small differences in fabric, color, and sizing across brands or batches are normal and not considered defects.
